Request to Court to Allow Public to See TV Display

Beginning with the Nov. 21 Culver City trials, the TV set used for displaying the camera photos has been positioned so that the public cannot see any of the driver's photos. Both the California and the Federal Constitutions require that trials be public.

Here is the correspondence, to date, on my request to re-orient the courtroom TV so that the public may again view the ticket photos.
