Here is the front and back of the clever Snitch Ticket Vista sends out to some motorists.

Note the use of the mandatory wording "must complete" and that the incident is called a "citation" even though nothing has been filed with the court.

In the law enforcement business, these notices are called a "nomination." I call them a Snitch Ticket.
